The Senior Contracts Executive is responsible for managing contract-related activities and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. This role involves significant interaction with consultants and contractors to facilitate accurate project execution and financial management.

As a Senior Contracts Executive, you will engage in daily interactions with consultants to prepare Bills of Quantities, ensuring precise measurements for contracts and timely payment certificates. You will oversee tender processes, manage variation orders, and assist in budget reporting while verifying final accounts and negotiating values with architects and engineers.
