
The Senior Contracts Executive is responsible for managing contract-related activities and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. This role involves significant interaction with consultants and contractors to facilitate accurate project execution and financial management.
As a Senior Contracts Executive, you will engage in daily interactions with consultants to prepare Bills of Quantities, ensuring precise measurements for contracts and timely payment certificates. You will oversee tender processes, manage variation orders, and assist in budget reporting while verifying final accounts and negotiating values with architects and engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with consultants to prepare accurate Bills of Quantities. - Monitor tender processes and manage variation orders. - Assist in budget reporting and financial analysis. - Verify final accounts and negotiate values with architects and engineers. - Ensure compliance with contract management standards. - Conduct cost analysis and budget monitoring. - Facilitate effective communication between consultants and contractors.
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum 4 years of working experience with main contractors or subcontractors.
Strong analytical skills for cost analysis and budget monitoring.
Proficient in preparing and verifying Bills of Quantities.
Ability to liaise effectively with consultants and contractors.
Knowledge of contract management and compliance.
Experience in negotiating final account values.
