As an intern in the Sales Administration Department, you will engage in daily tasks that include monitoring the mailing of progress billing and handling customer inquiries. You will also ensure that loan documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the timely mailing of progress billing. - Handle telephone inquiries and provide customer service. - Ensure loan documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies. - Assist in the delivery of vacant possession letters. - Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed. - Maintain organized records and documentation. - Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Administration or related field.
Good interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
