
The Consultant - Change Management/Process Improvement is responsible for delivering large-scale change projects on client sites. This role involves working closely with various financial sectors to align project outcomes with clients' strategic goals.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve analysis, design, and consulting support for clients in the financial services and energy industries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Background in Digital Transformation, Data Strategy, Data Management & Data Analytics, Business & Finance Transformation, or IT Transformation.
Experience as a management consultant with a top firm or in problem-solving roles within Financial Services and/or Insurance sectors.
Strong problem-solving skills including defining and deconstructing issues.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
Ability to produce high-quality verbal and written deliverables.
Strategic thinking and tactical execution capabilities.
Understanding of Agile working methods is an advantage.
