Job Requirements

Background in one of the following areas: Digital Transformation, Data Strategy, Data Management & Data Analytics, Business & Finance Transformation, or IT Transformation.

Experience working as a management consultant with a top firm or in generalist problem-solving roles within Financial Services and/or Insurance sectors.

Strong problem-solving skills including defining and deconstructing issues.

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior management.

Ability to produce high-quality verbal and written consulting deliverables such as proposals, presentations, and reports.

Capability to think strategically, execute tactically, and enable cross-business and cross-functional teams.

Understanding of Agile working methods is an advantage.
