Job Description

In this role, you will engage in the preparation and review of contract documents, including procurement contracts and subcontracts, while coordinating with project teams to ensure compliance. You will maintain accurate records and assist in developing contract management policies to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review contract documents such as procurement contracts and subcontracts.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure contract compliance and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records related to contract management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing contract management policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective contract administration.
  • Prepare submissions related to the project for approval, execution, and handover.
  • Prepare contract submissions including claim submissions, variation orders, and final accounts for clients, main contractors, and subcontractors.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration or a related field within the construction industry.

Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in paperwork preparation, review, and negotiations.

Familiarity with Microsoft software and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
