Minimum 1 years of experience in contract administration or a related field within the construction industry.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in paperworks preparation, review and negotiations.
Familiarity with Microsoft software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Preparation of submissions related to the project for approval, execution and handing over.
Preparing contract submission including claim submission, variation order, final account for the Client, Main-con and Subcontractors.
