
The Contract Manager is responsible for leading the full tender process from initial review to final submission. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with client requirements and project feasibility while collaborating with various internal teams.
In this role, the Contract Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the tendering process, working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and compliance with project specifications. The position requires attending meetings, managing risks, and negotiating terms to enhance the overall tender process.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in tendering large-scale construction projects.
Good knowledge of construction methods, costing, procurement, and contract administration.
Familiar with industry-standard contract forms such as PAM, PWD, FIDIC, CIDB, and JCT.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
