The Cooling Services Solution Application Expert is responsible for leading cooling modernization across data centers and mission-critical industries. This role involves diagnosing underperforming systems and designing high-impact solutions using mechanical and digital technologies.
Job Description
In this position, you will partner with strategic accounts to uncover modernization opportunities and perform engineering assessments. You will also build business cases for energy-efficient upgrades and lead the technical community in sharing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose underperforming cooling systems to identify improvement opportunities.
- Design high-impact solutions utilizing mechanical and digital technologies.
- Partner with strategic accounts to uncover modernization opportunities.
- Perform engineering assessments to evaluate current cooling systems.
- Build business cases for energy-efficient upgrades.
- Lead the technical community in HVAC optimization and liquid cooling best practices.
- Conduct energy audits and design cooling solutions for data center environments.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in cooling system design or HVAC modernization.
Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and CRAC/CRAH units.
Familiarity with mechanical codes and standards such as ASHRAE, ISO, and IEC.
Strong ability to articulate ROI and energy savings to technical and management levels.
Willingness to travel up to 60% across East Asia for customer engagements.
