Corporate Responsibility Specialist – Maxis Communications

The Corporate Responsibility Specialist is responsible for overseeing the Maxis eKelas Usahawan programme aimed at supporting MSMEs and youth in developing digital skills for business growth. This role involves collaboration with partners and stakeholders to deliver entrepreneur development initiatives and monitor their impact.

This role reports to the Head of Corporate Responsibility and is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of Maxis eKelas Usahawan, a flagship CSR entrepreneur development programme. The primary objective is to equip MSMEs and youth with the knowledge and skills to digitise and expand their businesses through collaboration with partners and stakeholders. The role involves leading the development and implementation of various programmes under Maxis eKelas Usahawan, monitoring and evaluating programme impact, managing vendors, building a community of entrepreneurs, maintaining stakeholder relationships, engaging volunteers, and delivering selected training sessions on entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and AI adoption.
