Corporate Responsibility Specialist – Maxis Communications

The Corporate Responsibility Specialist is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of Maxis eKelas Usahawan, a flagship CSR entrepreneur development programme. This role plays a crucial part in equipping MSMEs and youth with the necessary knowledge and skills to digitise and expand their businesses through collaboration with various partners and stakeholders.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Corporate Responsibility and engage in day-to-day activities that involve leading the development and implementation of various programmes. You will also monitor and evaluate programme impact while managing relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of Maxis eKelas Usahawan programmes.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of the programmes.
• Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Build a community of entrepreneurs.
• Engage volunteers for programme support.
• Deliver selected training sessions on entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and AI adoption.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance programme effectiveness.
