In this role, you will engage with creators daily, developing long-term relationships and empowering them through various initiatives. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage the creator network.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and engage creators.
- Build long-term relationships with creators.
- Empower creators through development initiatives.
- Foster partnerships to elevate the Hepmil Creators' Network brand.
- Analyze data to drive insights and improve strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
Job Requirements
4-5 years experience in MCN, talent/artist management, influencer marketing, or celebrity management.
1-2 years of leadership experience.
Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, especially TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
Strong analytical skills with comfort in data and digital analytics.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in Excel, Word, G Suite, and Keynote.
