The Creator Partnerships Assistant Manager at Hepmil Malaysia is responsible for growing, managing, and scaling the creator network. The role involves developing and executing strategies to acquire and engage creators, building long-term relationships, empowering creators through development initiatives, and fostering partnerships to elevate the Hepmil Creators' Network brand.
Job Requirements
4-5 years experience in MCN, talent/artist management, influencer marketing, or celebrity management with 1-2 years of leadership experience.
Deep understanding of the digital media landscape1especially TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
Strong analytical skillscomfortable with data & digital analytics to drive insights.
Excellent communication & relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Excel, Word, G Suite, and Keynote.
