Vantage is seeking a Critical Facilities Engineer to join our facilities team, responsible for maintaining some of the most efficient data center facilities in the industry. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in industrial HVAC systems or critical cooling systems and will work closely with a team of engineers to ensure high standards of maintenance and repair for our data center infrastructure. This role emphasizes the importance of uptime and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with maintenance and repair of industrial electrical and mechanical systems in mission-critical facilities
Knowledge in operating, maintaining, and repairing critical electrical distribution systems and HVAC systems
Ability to read commercial building blueprints and understand electrical schematics
Strong technical writing skills for creating and updating MOPs/SOPs/EOPs
Reliable transportation for reporting to work and emergencies
Willingness to complete formal training in specialty areas as needed
