Vantage is seeking a Manager for Facility Maintenance in Johore, Malaysia, responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted operation of our data center campus. This role involves managing scheduled and corrective maintenance, system repairs, and leading a team of Critical Facilities Engineers and Technicians. The Manager will oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards while maintaining a strong customer service focus.
Job Requirements
Minimum ten years of hands-on maintenance/repair/installation/commissioning experience in mission-critical facilities.
At least two years of leadership/management experience in project management and staff development.
Strong understanding of 2N Data Center infrastructure and operations.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
Experience in budget development and financial coordination.
Willingness to work long hours and be on-call as needed.
Successful completion of background check and drug screen.
