As a Collection Advisor, you will manage overdue accounts by contacting customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email to provide repayment reminders. You will negotiate payment arrangements, conduct field visits when necessary, and ensure all actions comply with company policies. This role requires updating customer information accurately and working towards collection targets in a high-pressure, performance-oriented setting.
Minimum age of 18 up to 35 years old.
Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.
Required to have a personal laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
Willingness to conduct field visits and work under pressure.
Disciplined, committed, and target-driven attitude.
Able to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience in collection or customer service is an advantage but not required.
