Job Description

The Credit Analyst/Operations Manager is responsible for assessing credit applications and managing end-to-end operations in a non-bank lender environment. The role involves structuring and analysing credit applications for business facilities, managing daily operational processes such as onboarding, documentation, compliance, and settlements, and maintaining communication with customers, brokers, and partners. This position requires working onsite during Australian Business Hours.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance or any related field.

At least 3 years' experience in credit analysis or lending, preferably with exposure to large facility assessments.

Strong analytical and financial analysis skills, attention to detail, and confident in credit structuring.

Hands-on, organised, and proactive with the ability to complete tasks independently.

Confident dealing with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Comfortable using CRM and lending platforms, e-signing tools, and managing digital workflows.

Customer-focused and solutions-oriented with an interest in helping build a business.
