The Customer Program Management Associate is responsible for acting as a vital interface between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless production and delivery. This role significantly impacts operational performance by monitoring customer orders and resolving potential delivery risks.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve detailed data entry, generating performance reports, and analyzing trends. You will collaborate closely with various department managers to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in program management or operations.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and logistics.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
