The Customer Program Management Associate acts as a vital interface between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless production and delivery. Key responsibilities include monitoring customer orders, identifying potential delivery risks, and collaborating with department managers to resolve material or forecasting issues. The role involves detailed data entry, generating performance reports, analyzing trends, and assisting in the preparation of product quotes. You will also troubleshoot returns and maintain documentation for corrective actions to improve operational performance.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in program management or operations.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, scheduling, and logistics.
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
High degree of accuracy in data entry and preparation of management reports.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
