Job Description

The Customer Program Management Specialist manages day-to-day activities for customer accounts to ensure on-time product delivery and adherence to project schedules. You will be responsible for managing account profitability, forecasting, and monitoring strategy execution. The role involves preparing pricing bids, managing contract terms, and resolving customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. You will collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to analyze costs and provide performance reporting during monthly and quarterly reviews.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Three to six years of relevant experience in customer program management or manufacturing.

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, scheduling requirements, and supply chain management.

Strong understanding of product pricing, contract negotiations, and business risks.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with internal and external customers.

Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams while working under tight time deadlines.

Proficiency in database management, computer skills, and performance reporting.
