The Customer Program Management Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day activities for customer accounts to ensure on-time product delivery and adherence to project schedules. This role significantly impacts account profitability and customer satisfaction through effective collaboration with various teams.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations related to customer accounts, ensuring that products are delivered on time and projects are executed according to schedule. You will work closely with finance and supply chain teams to analyze costs and report on performance during reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Three to six years of relevant experience in customer program management or manufacturing.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
Strong understanding of product pricing and contract negotiations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
