We are looking for a Base Management Specialist to take customer retention and engagement to the next level. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that strengthen loyalty, reduce churn, and grow customer lifetime value. You will be at the centre of designing upsell campaigns, preventing downgrades, and ensuring our customers stay delighted. Your work will involve building models for insights, creating loyalty programs, and collaborating with various teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
5 - 8 years’ experience in a consumer-facing company performing similar responsibilities.
Proven track record in base management, retention, or churn reduction.
Proficiency in CRM systems, analytics tools, and campaign management platforms.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
