As a Customer Service Executive for our e-commerce division, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries through various online platforms such as Shopee and Lazada. Your role will involve addressing customer concerns, providing product information, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service excellence, as you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Strong communication skills in English and Malay
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
Proficient in using computers and basic software applications
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
