As a Customer Service Executive for our E-hailing App, you will be the first point of contact for our users. Your primary responsibilities include managing incoming calls, chats, and emails to address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to ride bookings, driver issues, and app functionality. You will ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently, striving to provide the best possible service. Your role will be crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly, contributing to a seamless user experience.
Must have SPM or equivalent qualification
Strong communication skills in English and Malay
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
Proficient in using computer systems and applications
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
