As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily inquiries from customers on platforms like Shopee and TikTok. Your role will involve addressing questions related to products, delivery, and promotions, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will need to provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be the primary point of contact for customer concerns and feedback.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce
Strong communication skills in both English and Malay
Proficient in using customer service software and platforms
Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Shopee and TikTok platforms is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
