
The Customer Service Executive plays a crucial role in supporting sales and administrative functions. This position involves coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
The Customer Service Executive will support daily sales and administrative operations by ensuring efficient coordination, accurate documentation, and responsive communication with customers and internal teams. Key responsibilities include preparing and following up on sales quotations, coordinating product samples, monitoring government tender portals, handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp, maintaining records for quotations and communications, and providing general administrative support to the office and sales team.
Minimum SPM or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Familiarity with medical devices is a plus
