SPM / Diploma / relevant experience in customer service preferred.
Strong customer service mindset, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication: face-to-face and over the phone.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Fast learner, punctual, reliable, and attentive to details.
Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
Able to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
