Job Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification.

At least 1 year of Customer Service experience (Call Centre experience is an advantage).

Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese / Mandarin & English (Read, Speak & Write).

Computer literate and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
