You will engage with customers to provide product guidance and support, fostering long-term relationships. Your ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin will be essential in addressing inquiries and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering quality service.
Must have SPM or equivalent qualification
Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service is an advantage
Problem-solving skills
Familiarity with customer support tools is a plus
