In this role, you will oversee the management of partnerships related to fibre infrastructure, ensuring effective collaboration and operational excellence. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong relationship management and strategic oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage FTTH fibre infrastructure partnerships to enhance operational performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with access providers.
- Drive innovative collaboration models to optimize cost and service quality.
- Oversee financial governance and compliance related to partnerships.
- Ensure accurate billing and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor performance and conduct audits for continuous service improvement.
- Guide team members to achieve targets and deliver quality outcomes.
Job Requirements
Recognized degree in any field.
More than 6 years of experience in business negotiations, operations, and relationship management.
Strong commercial and strategic acumen.
Resourceful and able to work in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Self-starter with the ability to manage projects and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for business presentations.
