In this role, you will engage in day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and assets within the data center. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and effective communication with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage computer hardware assets and peripherals.
- Coordinate inventory movement within the data center.
- Ensure accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse space for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline logistics processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Handle equipment movements and warehouse tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Associate Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of working experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or asset management (preferably in an IT or data center environment).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory management systems or asset tracking tools.
Strong organizational and documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
Good communication and coordination skills with a customer service mindset.
Physically fit to handle equipment movements and warehouse tasks.
Willing to work in a data center environment, including handling IT equipment.
