The Data Solutions Business Lead is responsible for providing business-led solution advisory at the point of data demand intake. This role ensures that all data and analytics initiatives are aligned with business objectives, guiding solution approaches and platform decisions across both legacy and cloud-based data environments.

In this role, you will engage with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions. You will work in a dynamic environment that bridges traditional data warehousing with innovative cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business-led solution advisory for data demand intake.
- Ensure alignment of data and analytics initiatives with business objectives.
- Guide solution approaches across legacy and cloud-based data environments.
- Collaborate with Technology teams to implement effective data solutions.
- Assess and design high-level solutions for data projects.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making.
- Address regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations in data environments.
Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in data, analytics, or data warehouse environments within the banking or financial services industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
Proven ability to work effectively with Technology teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
