Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our organisation as a Data Solutions Business Lead. This role is responsible for providing business-led solution advisory at the point of data demand intake, ensuring that all data and analytics initiatives are aligned with business objectives. The incumbent will guide solution approaches and platform decisions across both legacy data warehouse environments and the organisation’s evolving cloud-based data ecosystem.
Job Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in data, analytics, or data warehouse environments within the banking or financial services industry
Strong experience with enterprise data warehouse platforms
Demonstrated experience in solution assessment or high-level solution design
Good understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations in banking data environments
Proven ability to work effectively with Technology teams
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
