Job Description
As a DFT Test Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing schematics and layouts against the DFT rule set prior to freeze, raising findings with supporting evidence. You will model structural and functional coverage, report gaps against the MTRS, and collaborate with design and software teams for test point additions and corrections. Additionally, you will verify achieved coverage on the first fixture and assist in defining functional tests and early build debugging.

Four to eight years in DFT or test engineering.
Experience with boundary scan, ICT, and coverage analysis tooling.
