Job Description
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior/Director Test Engineering to lead our comprehensive validation efforts for next-generation AI Servers and Networking products. This critical leadership role is based in our Penang HPS facility, responsible for overseeing multiple specialized test functions, including Signal Integrity (SI), System Integration Testing (SIT), and Reliability. The ideal candidate will manage a large, multi-disciplinary validation team, driving continuous process improvements and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance and stability before reaching the global market.
