Draughtsman – Pamir Development Sdn Bhd

The role involves developing and preparing architectural designs and drawings based on preliminary concepts, sketches, and specifications. The candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and experienced in preparing submission drawings for local Authority Approval, following local Authority requirements such as Uniform Building By-Laws and Planning Guidelines. The role includes assisting the Head of Department to deliver projects until final completion, preparing full sets of construction drawings, resolving potential operational issues creatively, utilizing BIM for design analysis, and coordinating consultant inputs into finalized drawings. Experience with 3D design software is considered an advantage, and the role may involve other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
