Senior Quantity Surveyor – Pamir Development Sdn Bhd

The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for leading and controlling all operations within the Contract Division. This role significantly impacts project financial management and compliance, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in construction projects.

In this role, you will report to the Contract Division Manager and engage in the daily management of financial aspects of various projects. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial aspects of projects to ensure budget adherence.
• Handle contract matters and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Prepare and submit pre-qualifications, tender bids, and quotations.
• Review tenders submitted by sub-contractors and make recommendations.
• Implement company quality management policies and procedures.
• Identify staff training needs and facilitate technical specifications dissemination.
• Monitor construction progress and manage project quality issues.
• Control non-conformance and improve department work efficiency.
• Serve as an internal auditor to ensure compliance with standards.
