Role Summary

Job Description
The role involves reporting to the Contract Division Manager and implementing the strategic plan to lead and control all operations within the division. Responsibilities include managing financial aspects of projects, handling contract matters, preparing and submitting pre-qualifications, tender bids, and quotations, and reviewing tenders submitted by sub-contractors to make recommendations. The role also requires ensuring compliance with contracts and work requirements, implementing company quality management policies, identifying staff training needs, disseminating technical specifications, monitoring construction progress, managing project quality issues, controlling non-conformance, improving department work efficiency, and serving as an internal auditor.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or equivalent.
At least 3-4 years experience in relevant field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior position.
Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Computer literate.
Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
