Role Summary
The DSD Mobile Assistant is responsible for proposing, documenting, and testing business solutions in the SAP Direct Store Delivery (DSD) application. This role involves managing company hardware, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of SAP DSD for Baba Products and its subsidiaries.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include handling company hardware, assisting in maintenance schedules, and providing technical support for the SAP DSD application. You will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring that business solutions are effectively implemented and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propose and document business solutions in the SAP DSD application.
- Test business solutions based on functional and technical requirements.
- Handle company hardware related to SAP DSD.
- Assist in maintenance schedules for equipment.
- Report equipment faults and provide technical support.
- Perform software updates for SAP DSD applications.
- Manage hardware inventory for Baba Products and its subsidiaries.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Economics.
STPM with 3.25 CGPA.
Knowledge of SAP DSD Application.
Knowledge of SCM600 - Business Processes in Sales & Distribution.
