Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain tools, appliances, and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all mechanical systems.
- Calibrate controls and gauges for optimal performance.
- Inspect fire safety systems and ensure compliance.
- Respond promptly to repair requests from staff and management.
- Assist with disaster response protocols and safety drills.
- Support management in employee-related functions and training.
Job Requirements
Education from a Technical, Trade, or Vocational School.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Ability to follow safety and security policies and procedures.
Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 50 pounds and operating power tools.
