Your role involves providing timely and accurate responses to customer questions, assisting with product information, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience. Minimum Education Requirement: SPM or equivalent
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using social media and online messaging platforms
Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
