The East Asia Technology Drives Sales Manager is responsible for leading application initiatives for the drives portfolio. This role focuses on sales enablement and business development across East Asia, collaborating with global hubs to drive growth.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve application development and sales support within the drives portfolio. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution or application development.
Strong technical expertise in Variable Speed Drives and LV/MV System Drives.
Deep knowledge of specific industrial segments and applications.
Proven ability to lead sales enablement and work independently in a matrix organization.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or other languages is beneficial.
Hands-on techno-commercial mindset with a drive for market development.
