You will act as the single point of contact for application development, adjusting value propositions for segments like building and infrastructure. Your role involves collaborating with global hubs, conducting market analysis, and providing technical expertise to support sales teams. You will drive growth through strategic mapping and stakeholder engagement.
Degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution or application development.
Strong technical expertise in Variable Speed Drives and LV/MV System Drives.
Deep knowledge of specific industrial segments and applications.
Proven ability to lead sales enablement and work independently in a matrix organization.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or other languages is beneficial.
Hands-on techno-commercial mindset with a drive for market development.
