
The Account Executive / Account Assistant is responsible for maintaining and organizing the company's financial records. This role involves interacting with clients and suppliers to resolve account-related issues and assisting in audit processes and financial report preparation.
In this role, you will be engaged in daily financial activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely financial reporting. You will work in a collaborative environment, interacting with various stakeholders to support the financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience in accounting is an advantage.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Good communication skills in Malay and English.
Ability to work both in a team and independently.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Disciplined and possesses a strong work ethic.
