The End-Financing Account Manager is responsible for soliciting end financing projects and managing relationships with developers. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance and monitoring project statuses while engaging with various stakeholders.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with business partners and developers to drive end financing projects. Your day-to-day activities will involve preparing documentation, conducting inspections, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solicit end financing projects from internal and external business partners
- Deepen relationships with preferred developers through effective account management
- Prepare checklists and submit mandatory documents for financing applications
- Conduct credit bureau checks and perform site inspections
- Monitor overall exposure per developer’s parent company
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Provide regular updates on project statuses to stakeholders
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant experience in account management or financing
Strong understanding of credit assessment and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English and Malay
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
