The Engineering - Carpenter is responsible for coordinating maintenance requests and managing room statuses within the hotel. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of hotel facilities while maintaining high standards of guest service and safety.

In this position, the carpenter will engage in daily maintenance tasks, collaborating with various departments to address requests and ensure the functionality of hotel amenities. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and teamwork to uphold the hotel's standards.

• Schedule major repairs or system shutdowns as needed.
• Maintain records of purchase orders and inventory.

• Perform visual inspections of tools and equipment.
