Job Requirements
8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role
Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and driving adoption of AI or agentic systems in production
Hands-on proficiency with modern AI stack including LLM APIs and workflow engines
Strong systems thinking and ability to translate workflows into buildable solutions
Sound judgement on data classification and access control in a regulated environment
High bar for code quality and peer review, with excellent communication skills
