
The Engineering Manager, Post Sales Support (PSS) is responsible for overseeing engineering activities related to post-sales support. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within the engineering team.
In this hybrid position, the Engineering Manager will work onsite in Valley City for a minimum of three days per week, managing day-to-day engineering activities and collaborating with various teams. The role requires strong leadership and effective communication to ensure seamless post-sales support operations.
