The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of segment-based accounts while driving the acquisition and growth of new business opportunities to meet sales revenue targets. This role serves as the key liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively delivered through both direct and indirect sales channels, on a monthly and annual basis.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years in enterprise sales, account management, or business development
Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets
Strong ability to develop and execute account plans
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends
Proactive in identifying customer issues and providing feedback
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
