
The Enterprise Sales - Business Support is responsible for managing and being accountable for all IT-related aspects for CelcomDigi outlets and offices nationwide. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining continuous service delivery to meet demands.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations related to IT support for CelcomDigi's outlets and offices. You will be responsible for supervising hardware and software issues, managing support requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or dealer management.
Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
