Role Summary
The Enterprise Sales - Business Support is responsible for managing and being accountable for all IT-related aspects for CelcomDigi outlets and offices nationwide. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining continuous service delivery to meet demands.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations related to IT support for CelcomDigi's outlets and offices. You will be responsible for supervising hardware and software issues, managing support requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor hardware and software issues.
- Manage support requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Maintain continuous service delivery to meet operational demands.
- Liaise with dealers and internal teams for effective collaboration.
- Handle post-sales and operational issues efficiently.
- Coordinate administrative processes and backend systems.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or dealer management.
Familiarity with the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
