In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that focus on process design and improvement within the telecommunications sector. You will work in a dynamic environment, leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and ensure efficient revenue assurance.

Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree
More than 8 years of total work experience
4 to 6 years in Telecommunication/IT/Networking
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management in telecom
Knowledge of Generative AI applications
Expertise in enterprise systems like CPQ, Kenan, and ServiceNow
Analytical thinking and process optimization skills
Ability to drive operational excellence
