Job Description
As an Enterprise Service Design Specialist, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve conducting gap analyses and leveraging AI tools for process automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery workflows and improve customer experiences.

Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree
More than 8 years of total work experience
4 to 6 years in Telecommunication/IT/Networking
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management in telecom
Knowledge of Generative AI applications
Expertise in enterprise systems like CPQ and ServiceNow
Hands-on experience with eTOM framework
Analytical thinking and process optimization skills
