
The ERP Helpdesk Support Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for providing remote technical support for a multinational corporation. This role involves diagnosing ERP-related issues and maintaining effective communication with users, particularly Mandarin-speaking clients.
In this position, you will engage in daily interactions with users to resolve ERP-related queries and provide technical assistance. You will work in a dynamic environment that supports a diverse range of users across different regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant fields preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.
Fluent in Mandarin (speaking and reading) and good command of English.
1-0 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support is an advantage, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of database concepts, web applications, and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ManageEngine, Zendesk, or JIRA is an advantage.
