This internship role is focused on assisting in the planning, production, and management of various event types including physical, virtual, and hybrid events. Interns will support liaison between internal and external stakeholders, coordinate event logistics, and assist with vendor management and onsite event operations to ensure smooth event execution.

Job Requirements

Diploma, Advanced, Higher, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in a related field is required.

Must have problem-solving skills and be an out-of-the-box thinker.

Must have meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; knowledge of Chinese is a bonus.

Must be able to multi-task, work independently, and handle work pressure with minimum supervision.

Must be able to drive and own their own vehicle (car).
