Role Summary
The Event Internship is responsible for assisting in the planning, production, and management of various event types. This role involves supporting the coordination of event logistics and ensuring smooth execution of events in a dynamic environment.
Job Description
In this internship role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include liaising with stakeholders, coordinating logistics, and managing vendor relationships. You will work closely with a team to ensure that both physical and virtual events run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing events of various types.
- Coordinate logistics and manage event timelines.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Support vendor management and communication.
- Help with onsite event operations and troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for events.
- Contribute to post-event evaluations and feedback collection.
Job Requirements
Diploma, Advanced, Higher, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in a related field is required.
Must have problem-solving skills and be an out-of-the-box thinker.
Must have meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; knowledge of Chinese is a bonus.
Must be able to multi-task, work independently, and handle work pressure with minimum supervision.
Must be able to drive and own their own vehicle (car).
