Role Summary
The Executive - Advertising & Promotion (Tenancy) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day mall operations and managing third-party tenants' affairs. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with business terms and conditions while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily operations of the mall, focusing on tenant management and facility maintenance. You will also oversee renovation processes and ensure that all activities align with safety standards and business regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day mall operations and tenant relations.
- Oversee facilities repair and maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate renovation and fit-out processes for tenants.
- Ensure adherence to business terms and conditions.
- Liaise with third-party vendors for operational support.
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, or its equivalent.
Candidates with relevant working experience in Tenancy or Mall Operations will be an added advantage.
