Role Summary
The Executive, Car Job Controller is responsible for overseeing the operations of the CARSOME Certified Lab. This role involves managing job distribution and ensuring high-quality standards in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Job Description
In this position, you will support the daily operations of the CARSOME Certified Lab, focusing on job coordination and execution. You will work closely with team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of refurbishment production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise refurbishment production activities.
- Ensure timely job completion and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor quality standards throughout the production process.
- Coordinate job distribution among team members.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and contractors.
- Identify and resolve any production issues promptly.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements
MLVK Level 3 Certified in Automotive Body Repair & Automotive Engineering Technology or related course.
Minimum 3 years experience as Job Controller.
Experience in automotive after-sales and body & paint.
Valid driving license required.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
