High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and on the telephone.
Ability to perform basic cashiering and accounting tasks.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
Willingness to assist in training and coaching employees.
Ability to handle guest service requests and interact positively with guests and team members.
