Job Description

The Executive Club Supervisor at Sheraton Kota Kinabalu manages daily operations related to guest services in the Executive Club. This includes processing check-ins, managing guest accounts, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest check-ins and verify identities and payments.
  • Assign rooms and issue room keys to guests.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts and manage daily reports.
  • Facilitate guest requests and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist management in training and motivating employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and guest service issues.
  • Handle guest service requests and interact positively with guests and team members.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Ability to follow company policies and procedures.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
