Job Description

The Executive, Company Secretary is responsible for various company secretarial duties including preparation of Circular Resolutions, minutes for Board and General Meetings, Annual Returns, and statutory documents. The role involves ensuring timely and proper filing of statutory forms with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM), leading the Company Secretary Department in statutory maintenance, and handling administrative functions such as correspondence and filing. The position requires proficiency in using MYCOID and MBRS systems for company incorporation, share allotment, director changes, and submission of audited financial statements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance, or any related discipline.

Professional qualifications such as MAICSA or MACS, and/or a Licensed Company Secretary registered with SSM, will be an added advantage.

Sound knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 and hands-on experience with MBRS and MYCOID systems.

Candidates who are CGQP Finalists are encouraged to apply.

At least 1–3 years of relevant working experience in a corporate secretarial firm or within a corporate secretarial function.

Senior Executive position level is also available based on years of experiences.

Position is available in both Pudu and Cheras area.
