Role Summary
The Executive, Finance role involves managing daily financial operations, including bank statement processing and cash management. The candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal policies while collaborating with various departments.
Job Description
To download online bank statements daily for all banks and send them to the Credit Control Unit. Ensure receipts are allocated correctly and review bank statements against outstanding listings. Issue debit notes as required and prepare daily cash balance reports. Handle petty cash and monitor rejected payments, ensuring timely reissuance. Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure all filing is completed monthly.
Job Requirements
Degree with at least 1 year working experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as a team
Knowledgeable and committed towards job responsibilities
Competent in hospital operations and cash management policies
Good technical and reporting skills
Independent and able to work in a team
Familiar with HITS system
