
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring guest satisfaction through the maintenance of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel.
In this role, you will oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards. You will conduct inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary to uphold guest and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related area.
2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major is acceptable with no work experience required.
Experience in supervising cleaning schedules and operations.
Strong understanding of financial reports and budget management.
Excellent customer service skills.
